This role requires a minimum of 8 years' of relevant legal experience, including a strong background in research law, healthcare regulation, and academic medical center legal affairs. The Senior Counsel will also be involved in training, policy development, and legal operations, and must have a comprehensive knowledge of federal research regulations and the ability to manage complex agreements. Applicants for the Senior Counsel position at the company should hold a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and have an active license to practice law in the State of New Jersey or be eligible for in-house counsel licensure in NJ.
