The successful candidate will be a strategic, passionate, and experienced leader with a proven track record in frontline fundraising and deep campaign experience. This role demands a professional with strong international acumen, a collaborative leadership style, and a commitment to driving meaningful change. The CAO will be responsible for rethinking and reshaping the advancement program, with a focus on building a donor-centered operation that aligns with the institution's values and mission. Key responsibilities include the active management and support of staff, the development of a data-driven strategic plan, and the creation and implementation of stewardship and fundraising programs. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a minimum of ten years' progressive development experience in a relevant setting, such as an independent/boarding school, higher education institution, or nonprofit organization. The role requires exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
