The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, strategically managing team members, and shaping the school's philanthropic priorities. This role involves crafting and implementing philanthropic plans, leading a comprehensive strategy to engage top prospects, and representing the organization in various meetings. The Executive Director will also be involved in fundraising, including identifying, qualifying, and stewarding a portfolio of key prospects, and will be expected to travel frequently for donor engagement. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of fundraising experience, with at least 5 years in a management capacity. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in fundraising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with senior officers, faculty, and high-level volunteers. Experience in a major gift capacity, capital campaign experience, and a proven record of successful fundraising are strongly preferred.
