This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic vision, operational excellence, and financial performance of the company's claims portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and driving best-in-class claims management practices. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the strategic vision for claims operations, overseeing end-to-end claims management, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and leading the team in a dynamic, matrixed environment. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, financial management, and representing the company at various industry and regulatory events.
