The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the loan portfolio across various sectors, including commercial, agricultural, retail, and residential, while ensuring high credit quality standards. This role requires a focus on community and regional business development, maintaining a visible and active presence in the community, and fostering close relationships with key stakeholders.
