The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the loan portfolio across various sectors, including commercial, agricultural, retail, and residential, while ensuring high credit quality standards. This role requires a focus on community and regional business development, maintaining a visible and active presence in the community, and fostering close relationships with key stakeholders. The SVP, Community Market President will also be involved in supervising and managing a team, cross-selling bank products and services, and representing the bank in professional and community activities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' commercial lending experience, and a proven track record of successful leadership and management. The role demands a professional with a thorough knowledge of banking products and services, high-level interpersonal and analytical skills, and a strong understanding of internal policies, procedures, and relevant state and federal regulations.
