Chief Financial Officer (CFO) About the Company Industry-leading service-based business Industry Consumer Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. The CFO will be a key partner to the CEO, driving the business's financial strategy and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term value creation goals. This role is pivotal in all aspects of the finance function, including accounting and control, financial reporting, planning and forecasting, treasury, credit and collections, and tax. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong liquidity, optimizing working capital, and leading the budget development process. They will also oversee the accounting function to ensure compliance with GAAP, lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, and prepare the company for a future sale or exit. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' of multi-site and global financial leadership experience in a services business, with a proven track record of success in progressively senior financial roles. A BS/BA in finance or accounting is required, with a preference for a MS finance, MBA, or active CPA. The ideal candidate will have experience with advanced information technology systems, including CRMs and ERP software, and a background in private equity-owned businesses. Strong leadership, organizational, and financial planning skills are essential, as is the ability to work closely with the executive team and the private equity deal team. The CFO will also be responsible for leading the finance team, and may have indirect responsibilities for the IT and HR functions.
