The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of corporate matters, with a focus on international governance, corporate transactions, and securities. This role requires a professional with at least 6 years' of relevant corporate experience, including substantial in-house experience at a tech startup or publicly-traded company, and a background in a top law firm. The Senior Corporate Counsel will lead on international governance issues, support various corporate transactions, and help build a robust corporate compliance program. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. degree, be a member of at least one state bar, and possess advanced problem-solving, drafting, and project management skills.
