This pivotal role demands a quantitative thinker with a proven track record in building high-performance analytics organizations and providing actionable data to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the organization's source of truth data, aggregating and normalizing various data types, and ensuring the availability of key performance indicators and metrics. As the leader of the Analytics team, the VP will also be tasked with developing and growing high-performing teams across product, business intelligence, and marketing, and will work closely with the Data Engineering team to build a structured Data Warehouse. A strong focus on stakeholder collaboration, self-service capabilities, and fostering a data-driven culture is essential. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in data analytics and/or data science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. A Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing and leading analytics and reporting functions, strong strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools, as well as a solid understanding of data governance principles, is necessary. Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing diverse, high-performing teams is also a key requirement. Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies is a plus, and the ability to drive organizational change and deliver impactful results through analytics initiatives is essential.
