Board Advisor Strategic Intelligence About the Company AI-powered financial intelligence Platform Industry Information Technology and Services Type Privately Held Founded 2025 Employees 1-10 About the Role What Were Looking For We are seeking a highly strategic Board Advisor who currently works within one of the following companies: Bloomberg Fidelity Charles Schwab Morningstar Robinhood YCharts S&P Global / Capital IQ OpenAI, Anthropic, Palantir, or Databricks The ideal advisor is already embedded within the product, corp dev, or data platform team at one of these organizations and has strategic visibility into how these firms think about acquisitions, product expansion, or competitive threats. Role Scope Provide periodic strategic guidance to the executive team Discreetly monitor acquisition appetite, product roadmaps, or whitespace gaps within your organization or peers Advise on positioning for future acquisition, strategic partnership, or enterprise integration Participate in quarterly board advisor sessions (12 hours per month) Team Size 8 Travel Percent Less than 10% Functions Board of Directors (non-operating) Skills Finance required
