The successful candidate will be committed to advancing health equity, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the delivery of sustainable, high-quality care to the communities served. Key responsibilities for the role include leading the strategic vision and execution, inspiring a culture of trust and talent development, driving operational excellence, and upholding quality and compliance. The President and CEO will also be tasked with ensuring financial sustainability, leveraging data for improvement, championing equity and innovation in care, and serving as the chief ambassador and advocate for the organization.
