The successful candidate will be a key member of the technology services leadership team, with a primary focus on defining, evolving, and executing a technology-led go-to-market strategy that drives revenue growth across strategic clients. This role is pivotal in leading the development of high-impact solution offerings, accelerating revenue growth, and engaging with CxOs as a trusted technology advisor. The CTO will also be responsible for solution innovation, deal shaping, and architecture oversight, as well as driving internal leadership and market sensing. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred) and at least 15 years' of experience in enterprise technology services, with a proven track record of influencing significant annual revenue. The role requires deep technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: Cloud Platforms, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Application Integration. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-growth consulting firm or global systems integrator, a strong understanding of modern delivery models, and a background in P&L ownership. An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company are essential.
