The successful candidate will be a key strategic leader, driving financial performance, business insights, and long-range planning within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in overseeing the company's budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and decision support activities. The VP of FP&A will lead the corporate FP&A function, serve as a financial business partner in the formulation and execution of business strategy, and ensure the delivery of meaningful analysis that supports business growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency. Collaboration with various teams, including operations, supply chain, and commercial, is essential to assess pricing strategies, customer profitability, and go-to-market investment returns. Applicants for the VP of FP&A position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior FP&A leadership role in a manufacturing or industrial environment, is required. The role demands a deep understanding of cost accounting, manufacturing performance metrics, and capital investment analysis, as well as experience in M&A and complex transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills, and be proficient in ERP systems and advanced financial planning tools. The VP of FP&A will also be responsible for hiring, leading, and developing a high-performing FP&A team, and must demonstrate impeccable integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and tools.
