This role requires a JD from an accredited law school, a minimum of 10 years' legal experience, and a strong understanding of lending laws and CDFI regulatory frameworks. The Vice President, General Counsel will also be responsible for managing external legal counsel, supervising internal legal staff, and collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement policies that mitigate legal risks.
