**Role Overview** Sodexo is seeking a **Food Operations Manager 2** for **Mountainside Hospital** located in **Montclair, New Jersey** . Mountainside is part of the Hackensack Meridian Health and Ardent Health System joint venture. Mountainside is 325 bed Acute Care Facility. In this pivotal role, you'll bring your vision, leadership, and operational expertise to motivate and develop a team of 35 union frontline professionals. you're passionate about driving operational excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment-and ready to make a meaningful difference-we'd love to meet you. We provide patient services and all retail food/cafeteria. This position is part of a team led by a General Manager and supported by the Clinical Nutrition Manager, an Executive Chef, Retail Manager, and Patient Services Operations Manager.
