For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or older * No high school diploma, GED or college degree required * No experience required and on-the-job- training is provided Preferred Qualifications: * One (1) Year of prior customer service or similar experience preferred Responsibilities: * Oversee all cashiers to make sure work is completed appropriately * Accept accountability for cash transactions * Assure all transactions are accounted for correctly * Train new associates on Point of Sale (POS) systems * Count down cash drawer with previous shift lead present to ensure accurate counts and reporting * Check in with cashiers, no less than once an hour, for drops and change needs * Provide customer service and information to patrons and prep for next shift. Including money audits, supply checks, verifying the cashier has all needed paperwork to complete their duties * Ensure quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environment A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
