**Job Description** **Software Development Manager** **Location:** Strong preference for Nashville or Austin. Remote from limited other areas within the US will also be considered. We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead product development teams building Oracle's next-generation, AI-powered ticketing platform. In this role, you will drive technical excellence, guide product direction, and foster a culture of trust, direct feedback, and healthy debate. You will measure team health and delivery through outcomes, focusing on cycle time and limiting work in progress (WIP) to maximize flow. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
