Union Foreman - Heavy Civil Construction

Job DescriptionJob Title: Foreman - Heavy Civil Construction Overview We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead crews on heavy civil construction projects. This is a union position that offers competitive union wages and benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience supervising field teams on projects involving roadway construction, underground utilities, and excavation/earthmoving. This role is very much hands-on-in addition to supervising, the Foreman may also operate equipment as needed to support project progress. Strong leadership, a commitment to safety, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in the field are essential.
