High school diploma or GED Prior maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family housing HVAC experience required; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) a big plus Solid experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance Swimming pool maintenance and CPO certification are bonuses Must be available for after-hours/emergency calls Own basic tools and reliable transportation Ability to walk the property regularly and work in all weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with residents, team members, and vendorsYour Day-to-Day: Maintain all community buildings, amenities, and grounds Respond quickly and efficiently to service requests and maintenance issues Prepare vacant units for new residents Oversee inventory and upkeep of maintenance supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards Deliver excellent service with a friendly, problem-solving attitudeIf you're passionate about creating a welcoming, well-maintained environment for residents and want to be part of a company that values your growth, apply now and build your future with us!
