Maintenance Technician - Multi-Site - Salem VA Job ID 239569 Posted 22-Sep-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Salem - Virginia - United States of America **About the Role** As a **CBRE Maintenance Technician** , you'll play a key role in maintaining the functionality, safety, and cleanliness of two commercial properties, with time split approximately **60/40 between two locations** . This role involves a mix of **mechanical systems maintenance** , **HVAC preventive care** , **janitorial duties** , and **inventory management** .
