Job Title: Hybrid Pharmacy Technician Job Description Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician where you will play a vital role in patient care and medication management. You will be responsible for scheduling deliveries, managing medical supplies, and assisting pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, all while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities + Contact patients and/or caregivers to schedule deliveries and determine supply needs. + Pick and pack medical supplies to fill patient orders. + Accurately dispense products in the computer system to generate delivery tickets and/or prescription labels. + Confirm delivery tickets post-delivery. + Assist pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies using appropriate techniques. Essential Skills + Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician Certification. + Valid Illinois Pharmacy Technician License. + Minimum of 1-3 years of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a specialty pharmacy. + Experience with prior authorizations. + Strong customer service skills and good phone etiquette. + High School Diploma or equivalent. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
