Job DescriptionProject Manager - Commercial Horizontal / Site Development We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial horizontal construction projects, including earthwork, site development, and utilities. The PM will manage all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day project management for commercial site development projects Oversee earthwork, grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and related site work Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams Maintain schedules, budgets, and project documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owners, and design teams Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience in commercial horizontal/site development projects Strong understanding of earthwork, grading, utilities, and site infrastructure Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and permitting processes Why This Role?
