With a strong and stable pipeline of work, this company offers long-term career growth, a collaborative team culture, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on public spaces.Job DescriptionLead daily on-site operations for municipal construction projects.Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators to ensure efficient workflow.Maintain a safe job site and enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.Coordinate with Project Managers, city inspectors, and utility providers to ensure smooth execution.Monitor project schedules and adjust field activities to meet deadlines.Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks.Resolve field issues and unforeseen conditions quickly and effectively.Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates.Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and municipal codes.Support project closeout activities including punch lists and final inspections.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
