Job DescriptionStaff Litigation Attorney JOB DESCRIPTION: This position will primarily focus on real estate and eminent domain litigation for energy clients of the firm. QUALIFICATIONS: Three or more years of experience in litigation. Strong ability to lead. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the following attributes: High level of attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team Experience drafting complaints, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other litigation-related documents Strong work ethic and desire to grow as a valued member of a litigation team Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems Emotional intelligence and humility Licensed to Practice in Pennsylvania (New Jersey is a plus). JD from an Accredited Law School.
