Req Id: 39039 Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant City: West Lafayette Job Description: Job Summary The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Undergraduate Advising Office. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating events, preparing reports and correspondence, and maintaining office processes. The role serves as a first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, requiring excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The position also supervises and trains student employees. A cover letter is required to be fully considered * What We're Looking For: Education and Experience Qualified candidates will need: * High school diploma/GED * Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
