Shipping/Receiving Associate - 3rd Shift

Your Key Responsibilities * Execute loading and unloading of goods and manage the respective documentation * Prepare deliveries of products and tours for drivers * Store packages and prepacked products in the warehouse * Deconsolidate, re-pack, store, retrieve and execute internal transports * Pick, pack and label different goods e.g. raw material, components, semi-finished-products, finished products, trading goods etc. * Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Your Qualifications Required: * High school diploma or GED equivalent * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English * Basic computer knowledge and MS office skills * Good visual acuity * Ability to regularly lift heavy objects if required * Ability to operate transportation machinery * Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship Preferred: * Minimum of two (2) years of experience in logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Experience working with IT & SAP systems * Forklift certification a plus Our Offering * Salary Range: $20.45 - $23.00 * 2nd and 3rd shift premium available * Hiring Bonus: $1,500 paid out in steps * Medical, dental and vision insurance * Life insurance and 401k eligible with up to 6% company match * Please see all our benefit offerings at Schaeffler Benefits
