Responsibilities: Develop social media strategy aimed at unifying efforts across multiple social media accounts. Build, keep, and adhere to content calendar that supports overall brand goals, yearly campaigns, and content pillars. Direct day-to-day execution across social channels. Generate content that aligns with brand goals and guidelines while also leveraging best practices for each platform in order to reach more of the target audience. Shoot video and photography for social media, edit photos, and design social media-optimized graphics as needed. Manage day-to-day operations with agency to develop effective paid social media campaigns. Provide guidance on platform trends and updates that make sense for each of our brands. Unite and boost ongoing social media efforts across multiple brands while moving toward a more cohesive presence for the organization as a whole. Implement guardrails across multiple accounts to keep each on brand and driving value. Oversee and interpret monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting to help identify strengths and unearth opportunities for growth. Experience: 4+ years managing social media for a food and beverage brand. Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt to brand style, voice, and tone across platforms. Previous experience creating video, editing photos, and developing graphics for social media. Proficiency managing content strategy and content calendars. Capacity for knowing when to pivot and adjust strategy when the data calls for it - or when brand priorities arise. Background in B2B marketing and an understanding of the B2B landscape across social media platforms. Expertise managing multiple brands across social platforms and multiple social media accounts all working toward the same goal. Strong familiarity with social media metrics and data along with the aptitude to interpret performance and recognize opportunities.
