Position OverviewThe Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of various commercial construction projects, including light industrial construction, hospitality, office buildings, retail, and medical offices. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the construction industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resourcesCommunicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team membersEnsure project goals and objectives are met within the established timelines and budgetCoordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, scheduling, and quality controlOversee and supervise project team members, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendorsIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issuesMaintain accurate project documentation and reportingConduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality standardsCollaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project plans and specifications are accurate and feasibleProvide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial constructionExperience with various project management software and toolsStrong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience working with diverse project teams and stakeholdersFlexibility and adaptability to changing project demands and timelinesPMP certification is a plusWillingness to travel to project sites as neededBenefits
