Floor Manager

Position Overview |  Maison Lotus is seeking a polished and hospitality-driven Restaurant Floor Manager to oversee front-of house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Service Excellence: Uphold Maison Lotus’s service standards and ensure smooth coordination of seating, pacing, and guest flow throughout service. Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor FOH staff, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork. Training: Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions to maintain consistency in service and elevate staff knowledge of food, beverage, and wine. Operational Oversight: Monitor table turns, service timing, and floor organization to optimize both guest experience and operational efficiency. Collaboration: Partner with the culinary and bar teams to maintain clear communication and alignment between FOH and BOH. Quality Assurance: Ensure dining room, bar, and restrooms are pristine and presentation-ready at all times. Inventory & Controls: Support beverage inventory management, ordering, and cost control processes as directed by management. Feedback & Reporting: Provide thoughtful input on service enhancements, staffing needs, and guest feedback to leadership.
