Position Overview | Maison Lotus is seeking a polished and hospitality-driven Restaurant Floor Manager to oversee front-of house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a refined, high-energy dining environment and is passionate about creating memorable moments for every guest.As a key member of our leadership team, the Floor Manager will set the tone for service excellence, lead and inspire the FOH team, and work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution throughout every service.Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience Benefits: Paid time off, employee dining privileges, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for growth within the WIN Hospitality Group Key Responsibilities Hospitality Leadership: Be a visible presence on the floor, warmly engaging with guests, anticipating needs, and resolving issues with discretion and professionalism. Service Excellence: Uphold Maison Lotus’s service standards and ensure smooth coordination of seating, pacing, and guest flow throughout service. Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor FOH staff, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork. Training: Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions to maintain consistency in service and elevate staff knowledge of food, beverage, and wine. Operational Oversight: Monitor table turns, service timing, and floor organization to optimize both guest experience and operational efficiency. Collaboration: Partner with the culinary and bar teams to maintain clear communication and alignment between FOH and BOH. Quality Assurance: Ensure dining room, bar, and restrooms are pristine and presentation-ready at all times. Inventory & Controls: Support beverage inventory management, ordering, and cost control processes as directed by management. Feedback & Reporting: Provide thoughtful input on service enhancements, staffing needs, and guest feedback to leadership.
