Kama West Loop is seeking a skilled Expo (Expeditor) to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a smooth, elevated dining experience by coordinating communication between the kitchen and front-of-house team. What You’ll Do: • Manage the flow of dishes leaving the kitchen and arriving at tables in a timely manner • Communicate clearly and effectively with both BOH and FOH teams • Maintain high standards of plate presentation and order accuracy • Support a fast-paced, collaborative service environment What We’re Looking For: • Previous expo experience in a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Ability to thrive under pressure and keep a cool head during peak service hours What We Offer: • Starting pay of $22/hr • Collaborative team culture with growth opportunities • Staff meal and employee dining perks Ready to join the team?
