Adhere to departmental and organizational policies, while maintaining a safe, clean environment for guests and team members Support managers in team training, development, and counseling, including verbal and written corrective actions Support managing staffing levels aligned with budgeting goals and business volume, while ensuring the restaurant is fully stocked for service Lead and monitor hourly team member performance through regular walkthroughs, addressing operational and guest needs Deliver professional, individualized guest service, multitask effectively, and complete additional duties as assigned More about you 1 year of related experience Skills in superior organization, guest service, managing guest complaints, active listening, basic math skills, and basic computer skills High school diploma or GED is preferred Must be at least 18 years old.
