Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist with strong Excel skillsPivot Tables are a must and 3 Years of medical billing experience . This hybrid role offers a flexible work schedule and the chance to contribute to meaningful, community-focused work. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage complex reports using Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) Support medical billing tasks and ensure accurate data entry Maintain and organize essential records and documentation Provide administrative support to internal teams and assist with project coordination Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required; 60 hours of college coursework preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of Medical Billing experience Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
