Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Finance Manager. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, developing financial strategies, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations for the U.S. business unit. This role will also include monitoring financial performance, conducting risk management, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications Experience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning Strong knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory compliance Proficiency in risk management and auditing Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills High proficiency in financial management software and tools Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
