Construction Project Manager (Greenville)

Your new role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project costing, safety, scheduling, budget and overall management of the day to day operations of the project. Successfully bid projects will be passed on to you from the pre-construction team, you will then communicate and manage the project, liaising with subcontractors, architects, engineers and client representatives. What you'll need to succeed 3+ years of experience working as a Project Manager Ground up construction experience required Have managed projects over $5M from start to completion Ability to multi-task and drive on time, on budget results Strong communication skills What you'll get in return An exciting opportunity with full benefits and perks.
