Vice President of People and Culture ***Reading, PA (Hybrid role Local Candidates Only) Our client is seeking a dynamic VP of People & Culture to lead their people strategy and ensure that leadership, communication, and culture are aligned with the organizations mission and growth goals. This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the COO with responsibility for developing leaders, strengthening collaboration across teams, and embedding consistent practices that drive performance. Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to shape organizational design, succession planning, and workforce strategy Oversee senior-level recruitment and leadership development initiatives Coach and support clinical and operational leaders in communication, team dynamics, and conflict resolution Build and refine communication systems that foster trust, transparency, and alignment Champion a culture where respect, accountability, and shared purpose are central to how teams work Anticipate future talent needs, create leadership pipelines, and align HR operations with long-term strategy Ensure consistent adoption of leadership frameworks, meeting rhythms, and accountability practices Qualifications: 1015+ years of progressive experience in human resources, organizational leadership, or people operations, in healthcare or clinical settings Proven track record building leadership capacity, driving culture initiatives, and leading cross-functional collaboration Familiarity with structured operating systems (EOS or similar frameworks) Strong coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner at all levels Data-driven approach to measuring engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workforce trends A leadership style that reflects humility, integrity, accountability, and service
