As an HRIS Analyst II at QXO Inc, you will serve as a hands-on systems contributor, improving the accuracy, functionality, and usability of our HR platforms. You'll configure key parts of the HRIS, run business-critical reporting, and ensure compliance. This role combines technical configuration with customer service and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do Configure security roles, workflows, and validations across HR modules Troubleshoot data discrepancies and assist with error remediation Develop custom reports and scheduled dashboards for HR and business leaders Support release management through feature testing and regression validation Partner with People Ops and IT to improve self-service capabilities Maintain business process documentation and SOPs Support data privacy and compliance audits (SOX, GDPR) What You'll Bring Experience: 24 years in HRIS or HR/IT operations Education: Bachelors required; HR technology coursework preferred Systems Exposure: Cornerstone, ICIMS, UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management Certifications: Workday HCM Core, SHRM-CP preferred What you'll earn 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, company holidays, and parental leave Paid training and certifications Legal assistance and identity protection Pet insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
