You'll manage non-emergency and emergency treatments, facilitate wellness initiatives, and provide medical consultations for both occupational and non-occupational illnesses. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our medical surveillance program and documenting health trends to drive continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize web-based systems and Occupational Health and Safety software to manage claims and records. - Collaborate with Program Analysts and Health Unit staff to support Workers' Compensation and Light and Limited Duty programs. - Serve as a key point of contact, offering technical advice and assistance to injured employees and management. - Ensure compliance with Office of Workers Compensation (OWCP) initiatives and maintain accurate records in the ECOMP portal. - Generate and present monthly and quarterly reports to leadership. - Engage in case management and maintain electronic files in accordance with the Privacy Act. **What You Bring:** - At least 2 years of case management experience. - High School Diploma required; knowledge of FECA regulations and OWCP preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets. - A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team. **Working Conditions:** - Professional medical office environment with regular clinic hours (7:30am-4:00pm). - Physical and mental stamina to perform duties for extended periods. - Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including holidays, as needed. **Take the Next Step in Your Career:** If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with a company that values your contributions, apply now!
