Job Title: Project Manager- Project Architec t work for the owners of a National Automotive Dealership Design & Development company with HQ in Palm Beach county. Location: (West Palm Beach- on site 5 days per week. Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our in-house design and development team. This role will focus on the planning, design, and execution of new car dealership projects, including new construction, renovations, and image upgrades to meet manufacturer brand standards. The ideal candidate is creative, technically skilled, and experienced in managing commercial projects from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee the development of automotive dealerships, service centers, and related facilities. Collaborate with internal teams, general contractors, and brand/manufacturer representatives to ensure compliance with corporate identity and design standards. Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and specifications in coordination with consultants and engineers. Manage permitting, zoning, and code compliance processes. Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure design intent and quality. Balance functionality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness in all projects. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect preferred (or working toward licensure). 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture; automotive, retail, or dealership experience highly desirable. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design software. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects across diverse regions in the U.S.
