Property Accountant (Charlotte)

Please read on for more details! Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial reports for properties. Create and monitor budgets. Oversight of AP & AR Track lease agreements and payments. Prepare and file property tax returns. Assist with external audits. Perform reconciliations. Monitor cash flow and forecast financial needs. Maintain property transaction records. Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Experience in property management or real estate industry required. Accounting software experience required; Yardi or MRI preferred. Microsoft Excel proficiency
