Electrical Project Manager (Brea)

Our favorite Southern California electrical contractor is growing, has an awesome pipeline of new projects, and has a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team. Develop comprehensive project plans specific to electrical systems, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Define project goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, considering electrical codes and standards. Lead and motivate project teams, including electrical superintendents, foremen, electricians, subcontractors, and other site personnel. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Monitor electrical project costs and financial performance against budget. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for electrical installations, ensuring critical milestones are met. Ensure all electrical work adheres to project specifications, industry standards and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, general contractors, and other key stakeholders regarding electrical aspects. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all project sites, with particular emphasis on electrical safety protocols. Prepare and present regular project reports, including progress, financial status, and forecasts, with an emphasis on electrical scope. Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, electrical drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
