General Superintendent (San Antonio)

We are seeking a General Superintendent with large TXDOT project experience to join our established organization in San Antonio, Texas. If you have experience leading heavy civil crews for paving operations, earthworks, underground wet utilities and large concrete structures including walls & bridges, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction for field operations on TXDOT, municipal, and commercial heavy civil projects. Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment for scopes of work including earthwork, underground wet utilities, paving operations, and concrete structures (walls, bridges, etc.). Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and inspectors to resolve field issues and maintain project quality. Mentor and develop field staff to build a strong, efficient team. Qualifications: 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience on TXDOT, municipal, or large commercial infrastructure projects. Proven track record managing scopes including earthwork, underground utilities, paving, and concrete structures. Strong knowledge of TXDOT specifications and construction standards.
