OverviewWe’re on the hunt for a visionary Project Manager to spearhead automation initiatives that redefine performance standards. In this role, you’ll ensure project success and contribute to mentoring teams, elevating quality control, and shaping the strategic growth of our business unit.ResponsibilitiesOversee all projects assigned by the Automation Director, ensuring they meet key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, budget efficiency, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality control.Implement and monitor robust quality assurance systems across all initiatives.Support professional development of the team by identifying training needs and coordinating with the Director to schedule programs.Play a strategic role in resource planning by tracking ongoing project requirements and communicating staffing needs.Provide insights to help the Automation Director identify and cultivate top talent to strengthen the Business Unit’s long-term success.What We OfferA supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages innovation.Opportunities for professional growth and career petitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work schedules.This position pays between $120,000 and $135,000 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. Medical accounts (HSA or FSA) and dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are available. These benefits are subject to annualemployee contribution amounts. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or equivalent technical degree.Minimum of 10 years of automation and controls related work experience.Minimum of 2 years of work experience in managing automation and control system projects.Ability to build relationships with clients and staff members.Strong knowledge of the automation and controls industry.Why Join UsENTRUST Solutions Group is a community of over 3,000 professionals committed to our clients and each other.
