To learn more, please see overview:Join our dynamic team as a SAP RAR Lead! We are seeking a dedicated individual with extensive experience and expertise in SAP SD and RAR. In this role, you will play a vital role in optimizing and streamlining our revenue accounting and reporting processes, working closely with various teams such as sales, finance, and IT. Your responsibilities will include configuring and customizing SAP RAR modules, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and providing guidance on RAR best practices. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge of SAP SD and RAR. If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Configure and customize SAP RAR modules to meet business requirementsCollaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and detail revenue accounting and reporting requirementsEnsure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standardsProvide guidance and support on RAR best practicesPerform system testing and support end-to-end implementation of SAP RARCollaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP RAR with other SAP modules and external systemsIdentify and resolve issues related to SAP RAR configuration and functionalityStay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP SD and RARQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in SAP SD and RARStrong knowledge of SAP SD and RAR modules, including revenue recognition processes and accounting principlesExperience in configuring and customizing SAP RAR modulesProficiency in SAP SD pricing, billing, and order management processesUnderstanding of integration points between SAP SD, RAR, and other SAP modulesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentSAP SD and RAR certification is preferredCengage Group is committed to working with broad talent pools to attract and hire strong and most qualified individuals. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
