As Financial Management Assistant Director for Advisory and Studio, you will serve as a trusted partner to BU leaders, driving insights, shaping financial strategies, and enabling growth in two new Business Units. This role focuses on financial matters, strategic planning, and the application of technology to enhance financial analysis, including AI-enabled insights and automation.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the BU managing partners and delivery and operations leaders on all financial mattersSupport BU leadership with sensitivity analysis and “what-if” modeling to assess new markets, AI initiatives, or service linesPartner with the CFO and firmwide finance team leadership on business unit financial mattersFunction as a key financial and strategic planning resource to business unit leadersCollaborate with HR and operations leaders to align staffing and resource allocation with financial goalsDesign, develop, and implement models and reporting to drive business decisionsLeverage technology, data automation, and generative AI in efficiently putting together analysisAssess the economic and financial impact of major business decisions and market eventsActively participate in technology implementations related to finance activitiesDevelop and maintain a dynamic annual budget and active forecast model that compares performance to budgetWork with Partners and Customer Delivery Teams in managing unbilled Work in Process and Accounts Receivable balancesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting requiredCPA, CFA, MBA or other relevant certification preferredExperience in a finance-related business role and/or professional service industry is a plusAdvanced technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of data visualization tools like Power BIProven experience applying generative AI and automation tools to streamline financial analysis, build intelligent agents, and enhance decision-makingStrong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersCompensation and BenefitsThe wage range for this role is a broad estimate considering skill sets, experience, licensure, and business needs.
