Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Job Title: Digital Media Director (Miami Radio)Position OverviewThe Digital Media Director will be responsible for driving digital revenue growth by working with local sellers and developing new direct digital advertising clients in the local this role, you will identify, implement, and accelerate strategic digital sales initiatives to meet and exceed goals. This will be accomplished by working with our local sales team, sales management, and market management.CMG helps local and national clients grow their business year-over-year by providing customized digital marketing solutions that solve unique business needs with in-depth analytics. Our integrated portfolio of top-rated media properties and digital marketing solutions, combined with our in-house research team and creative services, provides clients with the optimal media mix for real business results.As the subject matter expert your main responsibility will be to drive digital revenue growth.Proficiency and expertise are required in digital advertising products; targeted display, digital video (OTT, streaming, long-form, and short-form), digital audio, sponsorships & premium advertising units, SEM, SEO/CRO, website development, paid social, and lead generation. Subject matter expertise is required in the digital advertising ecosystem including programmatic buying, supply and demand-side platforms, multi-touch attribution, Google analytics, and latest industry trends.The successful individual will be an expert in digital advertising and marketing solutions. Your focus will be on the retainment, development, and growth of current CMG clients and the development of new digital advertising clients.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablishes and executes a revenue strategy that maximizes our assets and revenue potentialUncovers high-potential digital revenue growth opportunities and develops joint execution plans with local sales managementGuides sales teams to develop advertising campaigns that are designed around advertiser needs, objectives, and are executed across multiple media platformsResponsible for developing digital media strategies, product mixes, digital sales efforts, and revenue generation, working directly with CMG local market sales team and sales managersProtects, retains, and grows existing CMG digital advertising clientsDevelops advertising campaigns that drive revenue while driving return on investment for advertisersReports on digital sales revenue activity, strategies, and goals to ensure revenue and profitability achievementAccurately forecasts and reports on digital revenue attainmentFacilitates group presentations and face-to-face client sales calls with key advertising clients and advertising verticalsDevelops, facilitates, and host client facing meetings, webinars, and video conference calls to sell and educate CMG clients and prospective advertisersIdentifies and shares best practices to develop programs and solutions that drive customer ROI for increased and sustained local digital advertising revenueTravel required ~ 20%Minimum Qualifications3-5 years’ experience in Digital Sales ManagementDemonstrated success in digital and integrated sales, proactively anticipates and provides solutions for customer needsSuccessful record growing advertising accounts and prospecting for new digital advertising verticalsDemonstrated experience working with large and small advertising agencies along with direct clientsAbility to management multiple priorities and determine the ones that create the biggest impact to digital revenueProven experience in taking a concept from ideation to development to implementationSuccess in selling and management of digital advertising solutionsExperience in facilitating client needs assessment, digital sales training programs, and business developmentEffective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); strong knowledge of all forms of social mediaPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer sciences or related fieldIAB Digital Media Sales Certification (IAB DMSC) and Google AdWords CertificationAbout Cox Media GroupCMG Media Corporation (d/b/a Cox Media Group) is an industry-leading media company with unparalleled brands, award-winning content, and exceptional team members.
