If you are a strategic, customer-centric seller who flourishes in high-growth environments, we want to hear from you.What you will doBuild and execute a go-to-market strategy for prospecting and acquiring new healthcare provider clientsIdentify target accounts based on NPR, ownership type, geography, and market whitespaceDevelop and nurture relationships with executive decision-makers, including CFOs, CIOs, and VPs of Revenue CycleLead consultative discovery processes to understand each prospect's unique challenges and align FinThrive solutions accordinglyOrchestrate and lead cross-functional pursuit teams including solution strategy, product marketing, and client successDeliver compelling value propositions and negotiate contracts that meet the client's goals and FinThrive's financial targetsMaintain accurate and timely forecasting within Salesforce CRMWhat you will bring5+ years of healthcare sales experience with a successful track record of landing net new logos in large health systemsDemonstrated experience managing long, complex sales cycles (6-12 months) involving multiple stakeholdersStrategic thinking with the ability to execute territory plans and pipeline strategiesPassion for prospecting, value selling, and creating market disruptionThrives when selling to senior healthcare executivesExcellent planning, relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skillsHigh accountability and entrepreneurial spiritWillingness to travel up 50% or more as neededWhat we would like to seeBachelor's degree (MBA a plus)Drive net new Revenue Cycle Management sales by identifying and closing opportunities with health systemsCollaborate cross functionally to align solutions with clients needs to optimize RCM performanceRecognized with the President's Club Award for outstanding performanceHFMA or NAHAM membership or certificationAbout FinThriveFinThrive is advancing the healthcare economy.
