Neocorp, a leading specialty rope manufacturer in Pawtucket, RI, is growing and looking for a Sales Director to join our team!If you are a sales professional and are excited about building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving results, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll lead sales growth in the OEM channel while also developing and expanding our distributor network.We’re a small, close-knit team where your contributions will be noticed immediately. This role offers plenty of visibility and significant growth potential. In collaboration with the President, you’ll play a pivotal role in setting strategy, driving revenue, and strengthening the bottom line.Key ResponsibilitiesExpand sales within existing OEM customers by identifying new opportunities and pursue new OEM partnershipsManage the quoting process, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals for OEMs and distributors.Work closely with Inside Sales to see customer purchasing patterns to understand how to open/ grow new accounts and product needs.Develop and grow relationships with distributor partners to increase sales.Prospect target market to develop new opportunities in rope-related applications.Evaluate custom requests and determine viability for investment opportunities.Work closely with production to ensure the timing of shipments meets customer delivery municate customers’ needs clearly across departments to ensure OEM satisfaction.QualificationsSales experience in manufacturing, OEM, or related industries.Strong business development skills with a track record of growing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Analytical mindset for evaluating profitability of customer opportunities.Familiarity with e-commerce Sales platforms (Amazon experience a plus).Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small-company environment.AI- Chat GPT, Microsoft Office 365, CRM competencies pensation: 90k - OTE- 150K #J-18808-Ljbffr
