OverviewMEP Firm located in Glendale, California. We are looking for a senior mechanical engineer with HVAC & Plumbing design experience to join our team. The candidate must have an architectural background, as well as constructability knowledge to identify issues. The candidate must perform constructability review, RFI/RFC, Submittal review, shop drawing review, and coordination by providing digital mark-ups, details, hand sketches, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a timely manner.Specific qualificationsMechanical and Plumbing with minimum professional experience: Project Manager (Min. 6 years architectural engineering experience)Must have strong construction document knowledge.Experience working on large scale mixed-use, commercial retail, corporate/medical offices, hospitality.Skilled at multitasking and working toward multiple deadlines.QA/QC experience requiredBIM software and workflow knowledge is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
