Responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits are described below.ResponsibilitiesMachine Learning Engineer will design and implement Gen AI solutions including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and fine-tuningDevelop and deploy machine learning models in production environmentsBuild and optimize data pipelines to support AI workflowsCreate and maintain APIs for integrating applications with ML modelsHost and manage AI solutions on AWS infrastructureCollaborate closely with data scientists to align engineering with modeling needsEnhance technical solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and performanceParticipate in hands-on development of AI-powered applicationsContribute to the design of application architecture for AI systemsDrive innovation in AI delivery through technical leadership and experimentationRequirementsBachelor/'s degree or equivalent experienceSolid 5+ years of hands-on development as Machine Learning EngineerStrong programming skills in Python and JavaExperience with Gen AI solutions with Large Language Models, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Prompt Engineering and Fine tuningSolid experience with developing Python-based APIs (FastAPI/Flask)Design and develop machine learning and deep learning systems using ML algorithms/frameworksDemonstrated work experience using AWS services: deploying models in SageMaker, cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake or RDS for analytics data hosting; EC2/EKS setupWork with data to create models and perform statistical analysis, train and retrain models to optimize performanceRun machine learning tests and experimentsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
