You are an experienced Dynamics 365 professional who will bridge Dynamics data with actionable insights by designing, developing, and deploying Power BI dashboards and reports. You will integrate data from Dynamics 365 to enable stakeholders to make informed business decisions. Responsibilities Connect Power BI to Dynamics 365 for seamless data extraction and build/optimize data models. Collaborate with business users to understand and translate reporting needs. Performance optimize Power BI solutions and document data models and processes. Provide user support and training; promote data governance and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, OR equivalent years of relevant experience (5 years). 2+ years of experience developing Power BI solutions, including direct integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI data modeling. Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, OData, and Dynamics 365 Security. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 data structures, entities, and business processes. Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance in a Dynamics environment. Nice to have: Experience with MS Dynamics products with clients. Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications. Experience with other BI tools or scripting languages (Python, R) for data analysis. Knowledge of Power BI administration and workspace management. Prior experience collaborating with client stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery. Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment. Eligibility US Citizen. Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in specified states. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation varies by location, role, skill set and experience. We offer a wide variety of benefits. Applicants are considered on an ongoing basis with no fixed deadline to apply.
