Insurance Coverage Attorney

Overview We are seeking Insurance Coverage attorneys with 3rd party experience for our Orlando office. This role may involve additional responsibilities related to insurance defense and related litigation as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Support insurance coverage matters with 3rd party experience; 1st party and warranty litigation experience is a plus. Work with staff and clients to prepare, draft, and review litigation documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve client goals and timely outcomes. Qualifications JD or similar degree. 1+ years of Insurance Coverage experience. 3rd party, 1st party, and warranty litigation experience a plus. Strong writing skills.
